Refund & Cancellation Policy

JanSev is an initiative of DEMOCRACYLIFE ASSOCIATION, working towards stronger citizen participation, community engagement, transparency and a connected local ecosystem.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to payments made through JanSev for applicable memberships, promotional services, advertisements and other paid features.

1. Membership Payments

Membership fees are subject to the terms displayed at the time of registration or purchase. Once a membership payment is completed, cancellation and refunds are not permitted, except where required under applicable law.

2. Promotional Services

Payments for promotional listings, advertisements, campaigns and other paid services are non-refundable once the payment is completed. Cancellation requests will not be accepted, except where required under applicable law.

3. No Cancellation Policy

All completed purchases are considered final. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after payment confirmation. Users are advised to review the service details and applicable charges carefully before making a payment.

4. No Refund Policy

Payments made for memberships, promotional services and other paid features are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided due to a change of mind, non-utilization of services or voluntary cancellation, except where required under applicable law.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact the JanSev administration with your transaction ID and payment details for verification. Verified duplicate payments will be handled in accordance with applicable law and payment provider procedures.

6. Failed Transactions

If an amount has been debited from your account but the transaction has not been successfully recorded on JanSev, please contact the administration with your transaction reference. Such cases will be investigated and resolved in accordance with applicable law and payment gateway procedures.
